Our people
The people behind every Ovation class
Teachers, leaders and the studio team. Every group has a home teacher, and every student gets to know at least two of us, so families belong to Ovation, not to one person.
Founder and Director
Jacorion Randle
Keys player, music director and recording musician, Beaumont, Texas
Jacorion started piano at six. By seven, his pastor had him playing one song in church every Sunday. A high school teacher handed him the Nashville Number System and a push back into classical, all the way to UIL state. Two worship pastors made him a music director and a recording musician. Five doors. Five people. He built Ovation so your child doesn’t have to get lucky to find theirs.

Trained
One method in every room
Every teacher is certified in the Ovation Method: Level 1 to teach group classes, a Juniors endorsement to teach ages 8–10, and Level 2 to teach Artist and above.
Checked
Safe by design
Every adult who works with students is background-checked, and apprentices and assistants never teach a minor alone.
Coached
Observed every quarter
Teachers are observed and coached each term, mark book checks in pairs, and meet weekly to make sure no student falls behind.
