How to enroll
Placement first. Then everything lives in the Ovation Portal.
Every Ovation student starts with a free 30-minute placement session. Your teacher places you in the right book and, if you’re ready, finishes your enrollment with you right there. Your Ovation Portal login follows by email.
Book your free placement
Pick a time on the placement page. It’s free (a $75 value). Signing up for a lab or camp instead? Those skip placement: use the sign-up page.
Placement and enrollment
Thirty minutes at the piano. You leave with your Your Plan card: stage, book, starting lesson, class time and showcase date. If you’re ready, your teacher enrolls you on the spot: your details, our policies, and Full Score (pay in full) or Monthly. Founding 25 rates apply while spots last.
Your Ovation Portal login
Within one business day you get your first invoice and an email to set your Ovation Portal password. Add your card or bank account there.
Everything else is in the portal
Your schedule, weekly practice videos and teacher replies, invoices, makeups, check-ins, extra lessons and your next stage.
Paying
Pay in full and become a Full Score family, or pay monthly at a locked rate. Cards and bank payments are handled securely by Stripe; paying through Affirm or Klarna counts as paying in full. Every price is on the pricing page.
Already enrolled?
Log in to the Ovation Portal to see your schedule, send practice videos, book a makeup or extra lesson, and pay invoices.
Church Keys Partnership and sponsorships are arranged by contacting us. The Fellowship is by application. See our lesson and payment policies.
