Work at Ovation
Teach the way working musicians play: a written curriculum, a stage every 12 weeks, and students who stay. Read the roles, then apply right here in about ten minutes.
How teaching works here
Everything is written down
You never have to invent a lesson plan at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday.
- Every teacher follows the same written curriculum and student books, with a teacher book for each
- Every lesson is logged, so you always know where a student is and what comes next
- A showcase every 12 weeks, with a clear goal for every student
- Nashville numbers alongside a real classical ladder, with training if you're new to either
